NOURISH - Good nutrition is vital for healthy, glowing skin. Eat
nourishing meals that are low in fat and high in fiber. I try to
eat grilled fish (no sauce) and steamed vegetables at least 5 times
each week, and begin my day with oatmeal with skim milk and either
blueberries or raisins. For lunch I usually have melon and low-fat
cottage cheese or non-fat yogurt; sometimes I’ll have a turkey
burger (without the bread) and steamed spinach. I do treat myself
to pasta with a light sauce once a week because we all need a break
